internet access for all exbibitors
For all exhibitors
we are offering a free wireless internet access. This means that
you can use computers that are supporting the 801.11b or 801.11g standard.
Technical requirements:
PC’s must have a wireless netcard installed,
that supports the 802.11b or 802.11b standard.
Security
Informi GIS is only providing the access to the internet.
The exhibitor is responsible for securing their own eqipment.
Wired Connection to the Internet
If you want to have an internet
access using a wire, this is handled by the hotel. Please note that
the
price
for
a wired
connection
are
about 550 euro, for 3 days. Please Contact

VAT regulations
All prices are excluding Danish VAT (moms), which is 25 %, due in
connection with the payment of all invoices from Informi GIS. By applying
to the Danish Customs authorities, Told & Skat, the VAT expenses
will be refunded. According to the EU regulations in force, the original
invoice must be enclosed.
